The student body of the hall and is led by the hall committee, a group of elected students who look after specific areas of student life.

St Anselm Hall is unique in the fact it provides a strong cohesive community with many opportunities for students to get involved in hall life and beyond either through the committee, the bar, the chapel and social events.

​

The work of the committee was recognised by the Student's Union in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022, when St Anselm Hall JCR Committee was awarded the Committee of the Year award. Several of our Presidents have also received Leader of the Year awards. This demonstrates the hard work put in by the members of the committee, as well as representing the values upheld in St Anselm Hall.
