The Remembrance Project
The aim of the remembrance project is to lay a wreath at the grave and memorial of all the men of St Anselm Hall who died as a consequence of their military service in WWI and WWII. Below is an interactive map with their grave's marked, as wreaths are laid.

The grave of Sapper David Blaylock. A native of Swindon, David joined Slems in 1942 whilst taking a short course at the University of Macnhester.
He was killed at Arnhem on the 13th April 1945. Aged 21.
The wreath laid at Tripoli War Cemetry, Libya, in memory of Lieutenant Kenneth Costal Graves. 1913-1943. Hall resident for four years and JCR president 1935-1936. Killed 15 January 1943. Aged 29.
Wreath laid at the Fleet Air Arm Memorial, Lee-on-Solent, in memory of Frederick John ‘Jack’ Stamper. 1917-1941. Slemsman. Crashed over the Atlantic on 23rd October 1941. Aged 24.
Wreath aid in memory of Pilot Officer Raymond Miller. 1924-1942. Hall resident October 1941-March 1942. Killed the 14th December 1942, along with his four other crew members, when their plane ‘Queenie’ went down over Kissing Tree Lane, Alveston

Wreath laid at Krakow CWG Cemetery, Poland in memory of Flight Lieutenant E.C. Thyer who's aircraft was shot down over Warsaw
